Здравствуйте! В казахской, узбекской, киргизской википедиях заливают энциклопедии выпущенные в бумажных носителях при помощи правительства этих стран. Президент Тувы выделил 500 тыс рублей на развите Тувинской Википедии. Также Эмомали Рахмон сказал что поддержит Таджикскую Википедию. Таких примеров много. Вы можете написать в правительство Мордовии о поддержке эрзянской Википедии? Есть готовые тексты тут. 1. На русский язык переведены материалы Мета-Вики инициатив Развитие потенциала сообщества и Организационное развитие.
2. БашВики: Проведение Вики-Сабантуя 2015 в Уфе способствовало расширению кругозора и контактов наших башкирских коллег. Далее, одобрение Фондом Викимедиа их заявки на официальное признание Башкирской группы участников Викимедиа их буквально окрылило. Они активно проводят Вики-встречи, участвовали в Вики-месячнике, посвященном Азии, отметились на IV Всемирном конгрессе башкир, 15 декабря стартует их месячный новогодний марафон. Следующий крупный проект на горизонте - мартовский недельный Вики-семинар в партнёрстве с ВМРУ, Фондом Викимедиа и организациями Республики Башкортостан. Коллеги даже wmru:Проект:Викимания в России предлагают организовать в Уфе.
3. УдмВики: В Ижевске прошла конференция в честь 10-летия Удмуртской Википедии
4. Доступна для перевода на языки народов России (и не только) страничка m:Wikimedia Russia (кроме английского и русского, уже имеются татарский и украинский варианты), следующий этап - wmru:Викимедиа:Многоязычность.

Это первый новостной выпуск проекта Проект:Разделы Википедии на региональных языках России, у него пока нет постоянной площадки и он распространяется самиздатом - для начала администраторам, данные о которых можно найти посредством этой таблицы (в ближайшее время будет переведена на Мета-Вики). Добрый день! Когда переносите модули, шаблоны, создаете категории не забывайте добавить интервики (слева добавить ссылку). Visem особенности языка, он требует определённости. Например, область не нужно уточнять в какой стране (наверное), а вот название района уже желательно, потому что областей много, где-то могут быть районы с одинаковым названием. Поэтому эрзя скорее напишет "Винница ёнксонь Тывровонь муниципальной буесь" чем просто "Тывровонь буесь". --Kaftaj (обсуждение) 07:22, 14 Эйзюрковонь 2017 (UTC)

В Винницкой области вроде только два района, которые есть в других областях - Тростянецкий и Ямпольский, но если такие особености языка, тогда лучше их придерживаться. И еще вопрос. WAM Organizers Update

Hi WAM Organizer! Hopefully, everything works just fine so far! Need Help Button, post in any language is fine

• Here are some recent updates and clarification of rules for you, and as always, let me know if you have any idea, thought or question.
  • Additional souvenirs (e.g. postcard) will be sent to Ambassadors and active organizers.
  • A participant's article count is combined on all language Wikipedias they have contributed to
  • Only Wikipedia Asian Month on Wikipedia or Wikivoyage projects count (no WikiQuote, etc.)
  • The global top 3 article count will only be eligible on Wikipedias where the WAM article requirement is at least 3,000 bytes and 300 words.
  • If your community accepts an extension for articles, you should set up a page and allow participants to submit their contributions there.
  • In case of redirection not allowed submitting in Fountain tool, a workaround is to delete it, copy and submit again. Or a submission page can be used too.
  • Please make sure enforce the rules, such as proper references, notability, and length.
  • International organizers will double check the top 3 users' accepted articles, so if your articles are not fulfilling the rules, they might be disqualified. We don't want it happened so please don't let us make such a decision.

Here are what will come after the end of WAM

• Make sure you judge all articles before December 7th, and participants who can improve their contribution (not submit) before December 10th.
• Participates still can submit their contribution of November before December 5th at this page. Please let your local wiki participates know. Once you finish the judging, please update this page after December 7th
• There will be three round of address collection scheduled: December 15th, December 20th, and December 25th.
• Please report the local Wikipedia Asian Ambassador (who has most accepted articles) on this page, if the 2nd participants have more than 30 accepted articles, you will have two ambassadors.
• There will be a progress page for the postcards.

Invitation to Organize Wiki Loves Love 2019

Wiki Loves Love (WLL) is an International photography competition of Wikimedia Commons to subject love testimonials happening in the month of February 2019.

The primary goal of the competition is to document love testimonials through human cultural diversity such as monuments, ceremonies, snapshot of tender gesture, and miscellaneous objects used as symbol of love; to illustrate articles in the worldwide free encyclopedia Wikipedia, and other Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) projects. February is around the corner and Wiki Loves Love team invites you to organize and promote WLL19 in your country and join hands with us to celebrate love and document it on Wikimedia Commons. The theme of 2019 is Festivals, ceremonies and celebrations of love.

To organize Wiki Loves Love in your region, sign up at WLL Organizers page. You can also simply support and spread love by helping us translate the commons page in your local language which is open for translation.

The contest starts runs from 1-28 February 2019. Independent from if there is a local contest organised in your country, you can help by making the photo contest Wiki Loves Love more accessible and available to more people in the world by translating the upload wizard, templates and pages to your local language. Templates about CEE Spring 2019

Hello, Kaftaj! I'm Sphenodon from the Hungarian Wikipedia, and I would like to ask you to help me. Here I would try to order the templates on talk pages of the CEE Spring 2019 articles, earlier I have done some [1], but the articles which related to Erzyaland, Don Region and Crimean tatars are hard to me. :) I do it for all of these articles can also be visible in the statistics on Meta-Wiki ([2]; you can see 13 in the "Other" column and the "myv" row intersection, which means, that 13 articles are related to unidentified country); for being visible it's needed to be uniform the "|мастор=" parameter's value in the template ЛопаПарцун:ВикиТундо 2019, in the case of a country. I've seen, that in lot of cases (but not all of cases) the ЛопаПарцун:Масторкоцт is applied in the "|мастор=" parameter, so maybe this would be the uniform value.

• Erzyaland: On the base of the other Масторкоцт-template, I made a template for CEE Spring 2019 articles related to Эрзянь Мастор (ЛопаПарцун:Масторкоцт/Эрзянь Мастор), because of its missing. May I ask you for controlling this template? These are the articles, which have related to Erzyaland: Кортамо:Эрзянь раськень оршамопельть, Кортамо:Кшуманцянь Пиргуж, Кортамо:Нина Аасмяэ, Кортамо:Меркушкин, Николай Иванович, Кортамо:Волков, Владимир Дмитриевич, Кортамо:Azor. If this template is okay, I think it will be good for uniform value in the "|мастор=" parameter.
• Don Region: And I have also detected, that the ЛопаПарцун:Масторкоцт/Краснодаронь край is used for articles related to Don Region, but in several form. Which is the best one? These are the articles, which have related to Don Region: Кортамо:Шпильрейн, Сабина Николаевна, Кортамо:Шапошникова, Наталья Витальевна, Кортамо:Панова, Вера Фёдоровна, Кортамо:Лопырёва, Виктория Петровна, Кортамо:Бойко, Светлана Анатольевна.
• Crimean tatars: Кортамо:Крымень-татаронь кель, Кортамо:Крымень_татарт. In these case the "|мастор=" parameter has a link for Артовкс:Flag of the Crimean Tatar people.svg, and after a link to Крымень татарт; so here is not a Масторкоцт template. Is it okay for the uniform value in the "|мастор=" parameter, or a template would be better?

И в моём тексте всё прекрасно с грамматикой. Я уже слышал этот аргумент про «С грамматикой и синтаксисом там всё нормально». Что будет со мной, если я начну писать на одной из этих абсолютно официальных системах транслита русского языка в Русской Википедии? Кстати, я бы с удовольсвием почитал какой-нибудь источник про нормы этой самой единой системы латинского транслита эрзянского. Да что ты тыкаешь в эти документы? Официальные институты отказывают эрзянам в субъектности, обзывают неким субэтносом, а ты хочешь чтобы тебе предоставили какой-то официальный документ. И еще раз: ты не эрзя, ты не знаешь эрзянский язык, ты не знаешь какие обсуждения идут внутри сообщества, но при этом делаешь высосанные из пальца выводы. Anazarenko Латиница Нины Аасмэ хороша, но она не удобна для повседневного использования. Поэтому был принят компромиссный вариант, который устраивал большинство, обсуждавших это - за основу латиница Ааасмэ, но с дополнениями от Потапова. Изначально Инязор принял латиницу Аасмэ, но под давлением общественности перешёл на латиницу Потапова, которую признали более удобной. Лингвистика - лингвистикой, вариант Аасмэ для этого хорошо подходит, лучше передаёт фонетику, но язык ещё не умер, им пользуются люди, и им удобнее с вариантом Потапова. Поэтому закликаю вас — признайте что эрзянский язык живой, эрзяне еще разговаривают на нём, и им удобнее писать так как они пишут, и поэтому пишите статьи тем вариантом латиницы, который принят большинством. От вашего демарша с переводом статей на латиницу Аасмэ только хуже стало — повылазили всякие капо. @Soul Train В научных публикациях используются латинские алфавиты. Например, в книгах Niina Aasmäe и Эдит Месарош. Но почему-то продвигают это безнадежное дерьмо, не имеющее ничего общего с лингвистикой. Я предпочитаю кириллицу этой хрени, хотя в целом я за переход на латиницу. Need your input on a policy impacting gadgets and UserJS

Dear interface administrator,

This is Samuel from the Security team and I hope my message finds you well.

There is an ongoing discussion on a proposed policy governing the use of external resources in gadgets and UserJS. The proposed Third-party resources policy aims at making the UserJS and Gadgets landscape a bit safer by encouraging best practices around external resources. After an initial non-public conversation with a small number of interface admins and staff, we've launched a much larger, public consultation to get a wider pool of feedback for improving the policy proposal. Based on the ideas received so far, the proposed policy now includes some of the risks related to user scripts and gadgets loading third-party resources, best practices for gadgets and UserJS developers, and exemptions requirements such as code transparency and inspectability.

As an interface administrator, your feedback and suggestions are warmly welcome until July 17, 2023 on the policy talk page.
